Hi there, I style myself overall as a student of life. I strive to express my gratitude for life through the outlet of discovery.

I am a member of The Conscious Performer's Collective, a Theater collective-creating thought provoking and life affirming theater and workshops.  I'm also a member of Yourneuroworld, a well-being and performance team working with  neuro-scientific insight. 

Acting, Martial arts, free movement and neuroscience  are the influences I choose to pursue  in response to the world that I have witnessed. My highest purpose in life is to set an example of self-reflection and overall consciousness. I strive to incorporate these notions into my world of acting and human relations, in the effort to promote inner and outer respect for all life. I've studied Media at The New School University of Manhattan, and have trained in Meisner's acting technique as well as Lee Strasberg's  Method  acting technique, at New York’s Institute Conservatory program for Theater, Film and TV.
